We hope you and your family are well during these tumultuous times: unprovoked war, threats of Nuclear Armageddon, worldwide economic uncertainty, massive hurricanes, wildfires, draughts, starvation, mutating viruses and on and on.
For children and adults with disabilities and rare diseases, every day is uncertain and disruptive.
We are so lucky to have the FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE to help parents and caregivers stabilize the lives of our dependents and give them hope and joy instead of despair.
This year’s FC Walk on Sunday, October 30 is focused on raising donations to help disabled Friendship Circle participants. Whether they have cerebral palsy, autism, Asperger syndrome, genetic anomalies (like mutations or deletions or unknown disorders), or any other disabilities, FC Walk will have something for everyone to have a day of fun and excitement, including a carnival and acrobat show!
Some participants will be running in their first 5k, while others will be walking. We would love to have you join us for this amazing event, including the always-fun post-walk .
Please take a minute to visit "Friends of Max Lener" and become our partner by making a donation to the FRIENDS OF MAX LERNER FCWalk Team:
Even if you are not available on October 30, you can still help support Friendship Circle and LifeTown programs by sponsoring us to walk on your behalf. Any amount you contribute is greatly appreciated.
